I have played millions of hands of 21. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of bankroll at twenty-one. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or defeat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very fun at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 35 minutes using this method! And a number of months ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original five dollar wager
Wager $5
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $20 wager
Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Wager forty dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
