I have gambled on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of funds at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that blackjack seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you see playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar table.
Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20
Bet $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original $20 bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
